* Weekly rentals only: July & August

* 2 Night minimum off-season

* Deposit required

* Linens & beach towels are not provided. You my either bring your own or rent from us.

* One set of bath towels (bath, hand & face) will be provided for each guest, as well as 3 dish towels and 2 bath mats per rental unit.

* There are laundry facilities available in the compound. They run on tokens that you purchase at the office.

* Special rates for fishermen in the off-season. ($75 per fisherman per night)

*All of our properties (with the exception of the Maus House) have beautiful panoramic ocean views that look out toward the Martha's Vineyard Lighthouse in Aquinnah on Martha's Vineyard.
